General conditions

By purchasing a tour ticket or booking a tour, the Customer/Purchaser agrees with Martin Tour „GENERAL CONDITIONS“ and undertakes to abide by them.

  • Keeping seats with TICKETS PURCHASED IN ADVANCE is fully guaranteed! We recommend to take the advantage of 10% discount for online prepayments!
  • Check-in: For bookings prepaid in advance - 10 minutes prior to the tour departure. For non-prepaid bookings - 30 minutes before the tour departure for Prague city tours, 1 day before for the tours out of Prague.
  • Online booking available 24 hours prior to the tour departure. If you book in a shorter period, please wait for our confirmation.
  • Tickets available at 5 centrally located departure points/ bus stops MARTIN TOUR and at hotel reception desks.
  • Rates in EUR and USD are only informative. They depend on an actual exchange rate (here approx. 1 EUR = 25 CZK and 1 USD = 20 CZK).
  • Payment cash in Czech crowns and Euro or payment by cards (Visa, American Express, Eurocard-Master Card, Diners Club, JCB).
  • For groups there is a possibility to assure whatever private tour for a special quotation on request.
  • All our tours are guaranteed in English. Other languages (German, French, Russian, Italian and Spanish) can be arranged upon the preliminary request.
  • Commentary within the tours No. 1 and 1a are in 26 languages (headphones), the other tours with a live guide.
  • Please note, that the tours may be guided multilingually.
  • If the local guide doesn´t speak language in which you have bought the tour, you get a text on the spot.
  • Air-conditioned buses.
  • Small groups - more time for sightseeing.
  • Discounts for children (4-12 years), students (12-26 years with a student card) and groups (from 20 people).
  • Children up to 4 years free of charge without a seat or other service (excluded trips outside Prague).
  • Purchased tickets will not be refunded, however they may be exchanged for an alternative tour.
  • Tickets purchased on-line through internet may be cancelled and refunded due to an urgent reason no later than 3 days before the date of tour.
  • Please don´t forget your passports or I.D. and health travel insurance card always with you! For trips abroad please check your visa.
  • The lenghts of the tours are only approximate and the actual length of a tour depends on the traffic situation.
  • Any complaints must be raised immediately with either the tour guide or the sale kiosk based company representative. Complaints raised retrospectively will not be accepted.
  • Separation from the group could result in being left behind and will be at the customers expense.
  • Martin Tour is not responsible for any problems caused by traffic in the city or during the journey on the highway, as we are unable either to influence or to anticipate these.
  • No entry on the tour without a valid ticket.
  • We run a tour with a minimum of 3 participants.
  • We keep the seats until the tour departure. Coming late for the tour does not entitle a customer to the refund.
  • Please note that any changes of the programme itinerary due to unexpected changes in opening hours of the visited sites or traffic restrictions are reserved.
  • Summer Season: April 1 - October 31, Winter Season: November 1 - March 31

  • Data protection: The Martin Tour Company accepts the European Union Parliament and the Council Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, effective from May 25, 2018 (GDPR), on a basis of the law no. 101/2000, the law no.480/2004 and the law no. 127/2005. The legal framework for data protection is established by a purchase contract between the Customer/Purchaser (any person or legal person) and Provider (Martin Tour). The purchase contract is created by the customer sending the online order and the provider confirming or registering it. The Customer acknowledges that their personal data (name, surname, email, telephone, etc.) are necessary to conclude the contract and provide the service ordered.
